Confronting the obvious beauty

While talking on the phone with a dear friend at the elongated area of girl’s hostel (rather floor) I got a glimpse of something bizarre. I saw something blurred orange shining in between the utter darkness. I wondered what it was...May be some kind of fire in the gigantic mountains that surrounded our campus.
It was indeed eye catching and fascinating. For almost a couple of minutes I sat there wondering what it was. Then i ran into my room as fast as i can and breathlessly called my roommate out. She stunned by my behaviour and thinking that something has gone wrong with someone, stood from front of her love mark (her laptop...i bet she can spend her entire life with her laptop if it has internet connection) and followed me to Jannat (i have named that elongated balcony Jannat as it is very much surrounded by nature and i love sitting there and viewing stars for long specially late night).
I shared that panorama with her but till then it was no more a mystery. The bride had already unveiled her mantle. The wired shining thing was nothing but a huge saffron moon hiding behind the dark black cloud but now it was confronting this world boldly and brightly. I have always sat here for hours and watched moon but it was never so beautiful so bright and moreover it was never saffron. It seemed that it was hiding form me its real beauty for years.
Suddenly my roommate pointed towards the river flowing by. It was bliss to see the reflection of this beautiful moon on the calm flowing water. With the flow of water the moon’s reflection too seemed to dwindle but suddenly it would appear again. I just stood there admiring the moon and its reflection in this dark scary night.
Indeed I confronted the obvious beauty of moon today...
